Phishing warnings

We have been made aware of several scam emails and phishing attempts sent to EUROTOX 2024 participants/invited speakers about the congress in Copenhagen.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience that these spammers cause you. If you have questions, email us at registration@eurotox-congress.com.

...regarding acquisition of attendee email lists

Unfortunately we have been informed that companies are contacting EUROTOX congress participants and vendors, claiming to offer attendee email lists for purchase. This is a common occurrence with large industry conferences and trade shows in recent years.

Please know that EUROTOX does not rent, share, or sell your email or contact details to any third parties for any purpose.

These scammers are trying to phish for your information and gain access to financial resources. The companies have no association with EUROTOX or our annual congress.

Please do not engage or reply to these emails. By responding, even with a request to unsubscribe, you confirm that your email address is a valid one. This may increase the likelihood that you’ll be contacted again.

We encourage you to block the sender, mark the email as spam / junk, and delete the email.

Please beware, that scammers are becoming more proficient and often use the EUROTOX name and logo in their signature to make it look more official.

...regarding accommodation in Copenhagen

If you are contacted from any hotel agency regarding hotel rooms for EUROTOX 2024 (e.g. from travellerpoint / ehotelservices / expoforhotelservices, Larry Ellison or EHS), please note that they are not operating on our behalf.

Participants may use our collaboration with TCH Hotels (see above).

Invited Speakers will receive all information regarding their hotel reservation from the congress organisation only (registration@eurotox-congress.com).
