All EUROTOX 2024 invited speakers who have indicated this accordingly will receive travel allowance from the congress for travel expenses (up to 200 EUR for speakers from Denmark, 400 EUR for speakers from Europe and 1000 EUR for speakers from outside Europe).

Expenses will be reimbursed for economy class (air) or first and second class (train).

Taxi fares will not be reimbursed unless there is no public transport available, and under any circumstances with a ceiling of 50 EUR.

Please complete the following form and provide all original receipts. After approval by the EUROTOX 2024 Organising Committee, you will receive the reimbursement by bank transfer. Kindly note that reimbursement can only be claimed until 7 October 2024.
